Shipping Rules
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:
• Domestic: All locations within Singapore
• International: We offer shipping to selected countries. Please whatsapp us at 87487366 or email us at enquiry@eternitediamonds.com for more details.
2. Processing Time
• Order Processing: All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Custom Products: Please allow an additional 10-15 business days for processing if your order includes customized or made-to-order items.
3. Shipping Methods

i. Cost: Based on the weight and destination of your order.
4. Shipping Costs
a. Free shipping in Singapore
b. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected and your shipping address outside Singapore
5. Shipping Restrictions
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• Certain products may not be available for international shipping due to size or country-specific regulations.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet delivery times, please be aware that certain circumstances such as weather, holidays, or customs processing may cause delays. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in transit.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
• Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please whatsapp us at 87487366 or email us at enquiry@eternitediamonds.com to begin an investigation. We will assist you in locating the package.
• Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with pictures of the damage, and we will initiate a return or replacement.
9. Returns and Exchanges

10. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
11. Order Modifications
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you before the shipment is processed.
